REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Egg Armor™, we take pride in the structural integrity of our proprietary shipping system. Our products are professional-grade egg shipping supplies designed to help you safely transport hatching and table eggs to your customers. Because we operate a working farm, we are unable to accept physical returns of any kind for biosecurity reasons. All eligible claims are handled entirely through documentation — no items need to be shipped back.
1. 72-HOUR INSPECTION WINDOW
You must inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
Any claims for manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items must be reported to eggarmorshippers@gmail.com within 72 hours of the delivery timestamp.
Photo Documentation Required: You must provide clear photos of the issue and the condition of the outer shipping box as it arrived. No physical return is required or accepted.
2. ELIGIBLE CLAIMS
Refund or replacement requests are only considered for Egg Armor products that:
Arrive physically damaged or defective (e.g., crushed foam, improperly cut Vault Cavities, density failures in the Nest Core, or missing Shielding Pads)
Are lost in transit
Are the wrong item — if an incorrect product was accidentally placed in your order, contact us within 72 hours with photos of what was received and we will send the correct item upon approval
Not covered: Change of heart, ordering the wrong size for your specific eggs, or minor cosmetic variations in the foam that do not affect performance.
3. BIOSECURITY & NO PHYSICAL RETURNS
Because we operate a working farm, we cannot accept physical returns of any product for biosecurity and hygiene reasons. Any product that has been removed from its original packaging or exposed to a poultry or agricultural environment is a Final Sale. All approved claims are resolved via replacement or store credit based on submitted documentation — no return shipment is necessary or permitted.
4. THE "NO RESALE" EXCLUSION
Egg Armor™ is a protective tool, not an insurance policy for your shipping business.
Our liability ends the moment a Nest Core, Shielding Pad, or Egg Armor Strongbox is used to transport eggs to your customer.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for components damaged or failed while in transit from you to your customer.
We are not responsible for the condition of eggs shipped using our system, carrier handling, transit damage to egg contents, or hatch rates experienced by your customers' recipients. If your customer receives a broken egg or reports a low hatch rate, that is a matter between you and your chosen shipping carrier. We do not provide compensation for lost livestock, eggs, or shipping fees incurred during your own business operations.
5. CLAIM APPROVAL PROCESS
If your claim is verified by our team:
We will notify you of approval via email.
A replacement order will be issued or store credit applied — no return shipment required.
Egg Armor Shippers reserves the right to approve or deny claims based on the documentation provided.
