Egg Armor™ kits are engineered as a locked armor system using Nest Cores with Vault Cavities and Shielding Pads. Each configuration below is designed to provide balanced impact protection, proper egg separation, and repeatable results.

Only the builds shown on this page are approved configurations.

System Overview

  • Platform footprint: 11 × 8.5 inches (FRM)

  • Egg Armor Strongbox heights: 4" (Small), 5.5" (Medium), 8" (Large)

  • Top & bottom Shielding Pads are always equal thickness

  • No substitutions or alternate builds
