By purchasing from or using the Egg Armor™ website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. THE EGG ARMOR™ SYSTEM

Egg Armor™ products are professional-grade egg shipping supplies designed to help you safely transport hatching and table eggs to your customers. Our system consists of:

  • Nest Cores with Vault Cavities: Precision-cut foam components engineered to lock eggs into a secure, movement-free position during transit.

  • Shielding Pads: High-density foam impact, compression, and stabilizer layers that create a reinforced protective barrier around the eggs.

  • Egg Armor Strongbox: A heavy-duty multi-depth outer shipping box engineered for maximum structural rigidity.

2. USE OF PRODUCTS

Egg Armor™ products are sold as shipping supply components. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • The Egg Armor™ system is a physical protection tool, not an insurance policy or biological guarantee.

  • For maximum system performance, Nest Cores, Shielding Pads, and Egg Armor Strongboxes should be used together as a complete system per our configuration guidelines.

  • Egg Armor™ is not responsible for the condition, fertility, viability, or hatch rate of eggs shipped using our products. Outcomes related to egg contents are entirely outside our control and are not grounds for a refund or replacement.

  • Our liability ends once our products are used to ship eggs to your customers. We do not provide compensation for eggs, livestock, or shipping fees incurred during your business operations.

3. CARRIER LIABILITY & TRANSIT DAMAGE

Egg Armor™ is responsible for the quality of our products until they are handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by carrier mishandling, including packages being crushed, punctured, dropped, or lost in transit.

  • We are not liable for environmental exposure during transit, including extreme heat or cold while in the carrier's possession.

  • If your Egg Armor™ products arrive damaged due to carrier handling, document the damage with photos immediately, contact the carrier to file a claim, and contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & BIOSECURITY

All sales are final. Due to biosecurity protocols on our farm, we cannot accept physical returns of any kind. All eligible claims are handled through documentation only. Please refer to our full Refund & Return Policy for complete details on eligible claims and the documentation process.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Egg Armor™ website, including product names, system names, brand language, images, and descriptions, is the property of Egg Armor Shippers and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without express written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Egg Armor™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of eggs, livestock, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product(s) in question.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
