The Egg Armor 1.0" Shielding Pad is a solid foam impact layer designed to work within the Egg Armor modular shipping system. This is not filler foam — it's a precision system component that controls impact, compression, and stability inside every kit.

Built on the USPS Flat Rate Mailer (FRM) Platform — 11" x 8.5"

What the 1.0" Shielding Pad Does:

• 🛡️ Impact Protection — Absorbs shock during transit, reducing force transfer from box impacts
• 📌 Compression Control — Prevents eggs from being over-tight or too loose inside the kit
• 🔒 System Locking — Fills void space, keeps Nest Cores aligned, and prevents shifting during shipping
